- Front access stainless steel sink 5” with 1 1/2 “ waste and removable stainless steel strainer basket
- Water cooled 3/16 ” steel deck with black epoxy finish.
- 14 gauge s/s serving shelf; 18 gauge s/s backsplash, rear gutter, side splashes and wok cover rack; 20
gauge s/s body front; 14 gauge body sides
- Stainless steel legs.
- Auto-Flo™Swing faucets over each chamber turn on automatically when spout is moved over wok
- Knee operated gas valve for each chamber
- Water cooled top and faucets are tested and pre-plumbed to a single point for easy connection
